These terms cover your use of Stick With It. Using the app means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose.

What this is

Stick With It is a fitness and habit-tracking app. It gives you a daily checklist, timed bodyweight and gym circuits with a progression system, a running and cycling plan, and a record of what you have done. It is a tool for tracking your own effort. It is not a coach, a trainer, or a medical service.

Health and safety — read this one

• Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have any injury, illness, or condition, or are pregnant.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
• You are responsible for judging whether any movement is safe for you, and for your surroundings — particularly when running or riding outdoors, where you must stay aware of traffic and stay off your phone.
• You take part at your own risk.

Your account

• You need an invite code to create an account while the app is in its early stage.
• You must be at least 18 years old. The calorie, training and recovery targets in this app are based on adult guidelines.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share logins.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing the address below.

Paid membership

The app currently costs nothing. If and when a paid version is introduced, these terms apply to it:

• The daily checklist, your streak, the 100-day grid, bodyweight circuits and the friends board remain free.
• Prices, what is included, and the billing period will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge — it does not refund the current period.
• If you subscribe through Apple or Google, that purchase is managed by them, is billed by them, and is cancelled through their own subscription settings.
• If a price changes, you will be told before it applies to you.
• Data you have already logged stays yours and stays visible to you.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, or redistribute the app's exercise descriptions, guidance, or animations.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to anyone else's account.
• Use the friends features to harass anyone.
• Upload anything unlawful, or use the app for anything unlawful.

Your content

What you log — your numbers, notes, photos, and voice memos — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership. We store what is needed to give you the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your photos and voice memos stay on your device and we never receive them.

Our content

The app itself — its software, written guidance, stick-figure animations, and design — belongs to us and is licensed to you for your own personal use only.

The service can change or stop

This is a small, independently built app. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice before shutting anything down, and the in-app export tool lets you take your records with you. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sad to lose.

No guarantees

The app is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular fitness result. GPS distances are estimates from your device's hardware and will not always be exact.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, or for injury arising from exercise you chose to do. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
